Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamhirya, et al and Buonocore et al v Great Socialist People’s Libyan Arab Jamhirya, et al, matters that were pending in United States District Court and which were part of the $1.5 billion dollar settlement recovery paid by Libya to American Victims of Libyan Terrorism. In the EgyptAir Flight 648 Hijacking case against the Syrian Arab Republic, the US District Court has awarded a Judgment to the firm’s clients of $601 million dollars and over $3 billion dollars against Syria arising from Syria’s sponsorship of the Abu Nidal Organization, a foreign terrorist organization, in the Rome Airport Attack case.
