Richard D. Heideman
Richard D. Heideman was born in Detroit, Michigan, and is a graduate of The University of Michigan (BA, LSA 1969) and The National Law Center of the George Washington University in Washington, DC (JD 1972). He completed the American University Law and Policy Institute Abroad at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel during the summers of 1970-1972. Noel J. Nudelman
Born in Old Tappan, New Jersey, Noel J. Nudelman received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston University in 1989 with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Administration and his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1993. Licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia, the States of New York and New Jersey and in the United States District Courts for New Jersey as well as the Western District of Wisconsin, he is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Tracy Reichman Kalik
Tracy Reichman Kalik received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University National Law Center in Washington in 1996. She is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and the States of Maryland and Missouri and is also admitted before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, District of Maryland and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Phyllis Greenberg Heideman
Currently serving as President of the International March of the Living, Phyllis Greenberg Heideman previously served as Chair of the organization’s International Advisory Board following the completion of her five-year term as a George W. Bush Presidential Appointee to the United States Holocaust Memorial Council. Accepting many responsibilities and serving in many diverse roles throughout her life, she currently is Co-Chair of the Israel Forever Foundation, serves on the Republican Jewish Coalition Board of Directors, as Trustee of the B’nai B’rith World Center in Jerusalem and on the Board of the Foundation for Ethnic Understanding. Avigdor Warsha
Mr. Warsha is a 1954 graduate of the Tel-Aviv School of Law and Economics. He is a three-term mayor of Kiryat Ono, Israel during which time he served as a Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Union of Local Authorities. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ben Gurion Airport Authority, the Board of Teshet and as public representative of the District Town Planning Committee of the Greater Tel Aviv area.
